Broken iPod

I took my ipod with the cracked screen to the guy in the mall who was supposed to fix it for me. I came home with a paperweight. So, no photos today. besides, you’re not missing much

  • breakfast shake
  • second breakfast: Yogurt & Marionberries
  • elevenses : standard eggs
  • luncheon: leftover fajitas
  • afternoon tea: hard boiled egg
  • dinner: broccoli slaw with good eats dressing and chicken

Boy howdy, do I need to go to the grocery. and maybe get a new iPod

    Recipe for Skinny Broccoli Salad

    2 heads fresh broccoli, chopped
    1 head fresh cauliflower, chopped
    1/2 cup chopped red pepper
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    1/2 red onion, chopped
    1/2 cup green olives
    1 cup tomatoes, chopped
    1 cup reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 cup reduced-fat ranch dressing

    Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and toss with reduced fat ranch dressing.
    Refrigerate until serving.

    Recipe for Sriracha Wrap –

    La Tortilla Factory 7″ Low Carb 50 Calorie Tortilla
    2-3 very thin slices chicken, ham, or turkey
    Romaine lettuce
    Onion Slices (lots)
    Tomato Slices (lots)
    Salt, Pepper
    Sriracha . . . yum . .

    This is under 100 calories; you can have TWO and still be under 200 calories . . . filling and delicious . . . spicy, too!

    I am a person who doesn’t mind eating the same thing day in and day out . . . especially if it makes life simpler when dieting . . . this is a perfect breakfast, lunch, and dinner if need be! Fix your family something else, and eat this yourself!
